Memorial website in the memory of your loved one
This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Lorena Moore/grizzell who was born in Kentucky on May 10, 1921, in Lousia Ky. A daughter of the late Rev. John C. Moore and Nancy Jane Vanover Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of the South Portsmouth Church of God. She left behind three sons-Johnny Grizzell, Huey Wm. Grizzell and Paul Harlan Grizzell. Six daughters-Karen Morris, Patty Clark, Judy Grizzell, Sylvia Eshem, Vonda Knell and Vickie Adkins. 30 grandchildren and 28 great children. She was proceded in death by a grandson-david Wayne McQuinley: three brothers- William Morre, Frank Moore, Charlie Moore, and four sisters-Virgie Huff, Judy Edwards, Laura Grau and Fannie Moore. Rev. Harlie Johnson and Rev. Huey Grizzell(son) officiated her funeral. She is buried in Siloam Cemetery. There is a tree in front of the South Shore fore department honoring her. She is sadly missed by her family and friends.
